Individual counseling at Affordable Behavioral Health offers a private space to talk honestly about what you're facing-whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or feeling stuck.
We listen first, then work with you to set clear, realistic goals. Depending on your needs, we may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thoughts, Person-Centered Therapy to deepen self-understanding, or EMDR Therapy to gently process past trauma. Sessions move at your pace, with room for both practical coping skills and deeper healing.
As a self-pay, sliding-scale practice, we keep one-on-one therapy more financially accessible so you don't have to delay getting support.
